Celebrate Earth Day with a special dining event at GYO GREENS. Chef Mimi Lan brings her culinary magic to the farm to prepare farm-to-table vegan bites made with seasonal, locally-sourced, sustainable, creative and delicious ingredients. Your ticket includes a guided tour, a mocktail, appetizers, dessert and a special gift to take home.

Partnering farms and artisans include Son & Skye mushrooms, Bee Pollen farmsvegetables and herbs, GYO GREENS microgreens and edible flowers and Alexandra Ni hand-crafted tea.
